As many of you mother's out there can relate, I am a busy woman.  I hold a degree in Early Elementary Teaching as well as a degree in Business Marketing.  I have two children who keep my running, as well as a husband who leads a busy work schedule. 

 

Each day I put on many hats as wife, mother, teacher, leader and business woman.  I mentor young children as well as adults and even train at local team events. 

 

I chose direct sales over 20 years ago.  You could say it chose me.  I was raised in a single parent househould and visited my grandparents each summer.  My grandmother was in Avon and so I learned door to door sales at a young age.  You could say I like meeting new people and showing them what I love.

 

Five years ago I was introduced to a candle.  I will tell you I burnt Yankee and "Home Sweet Home" was one of my favorite scents.  I tried other candles but this one just pleased me best.  When I met a couple selling candles at a craft show in Lawrence.  A woman approached me with a candle and asked if I burnt scented candles. Long story short she sold me a jar and I was hooked after the first 30 minutes.  My family noticed the difference in the fresh scent that seemed to cover our large square footage of house.  It burnt evenly and clean from top to bottom.  It lasted much longer than any Yankee ever did in my house.  I ordered a few more and then made the decision that has changed my life for the best.

 

How much money?  I won't go into because I feel it is a little rude to talk about money.  So many don't have any, others have so much they toss it away.  I will say that we live comfortably and I love it.  We have a son now in college, a daughter in highschool and they are experiencing more in life than I ever did by their age. We volunteer as a family, donate to charity, and don't take life for granate.  We are blessed and thankful.  And life wasn't always that easy for us.
